Benefit's The Porefessional Agent Zero Shine

It's officially summer here in Manila!  Now is the perfect time to put all those powders into good use!  It's going to be extremely hot for the next few months and the very last thing that we want to happen to our makeup is melt and look shiny.  Eeww.

When I found out that Benefit will be releasing Agent Zero Shine in Manila, I searched for the exact date when they would be releasing it as I wanted to try it so bad.  It was released last February 1 but they put it up on sale for a day on the last week of January.

So, what's this Agent Zero Shine anyway?  It's basically a mattifying powder.  I'm a sucker for a matte look (except for eyeshadows) and having more than 1 mattifying powder makes perfect sense to me.  I just really need it in my life.

It comes with a retractable brush that is at the bottom of the container.  You just have to twist the bottom and tada, an instant brush!  I find it clever that they included a brush but then again that would have to mean lesser product inside.

I was able to watch KrisTV one weekday and they featured several restaurants from the new wing of Megamall.  One was a bakeshop/coffeeshop and the other was a Japanese restaurant.

I got curious about the restaurant because the interior was intriguing and the restaurant mainly focuses on Gyoza!

Goody Quikstyle Brush

My daily problem is that I have no time to blow dry/fan dry my hair.  I'm almost always in a hurry going to work every morning that I go to work with my hair still wet.  Sometimes, my blouse even gets wet patches haha!

I've been seeing on Instagram this odd brush from Goody.  It claims to make your hair 30% less wet when you use this to brush your hair after shower.

After a few months of contemplating, I finally gave in and purchased one for myself.

I don't have then-and-now photos of my hair when I started using this to brush my hair.  My hair is so flat and straight that it hardly makes a difference in photos.  But in person, I can feel the difference every time I use this to brush my wet hair.

I only use this after I shower.  I never use this when my hair is dry because it won't serve its purpose. This brush is hefty though with a price tag of PhP800.  If you buy this at leading department stores though, this retails for PhP1,299.75.  So, you might just want to buy this online!  I got mine from Sassyfabshop.

Have you tried this brush? Let me know!

Last Saturday, Sample Room and Colour Collection had an event.  Quite frankly, I'm still hungover from that event because it was such a good one!  There was lipstick everywhere!

One of the lip products that they showed there was the Lip Therapy.  Bianca Valerio swears by this lip product because it's just so friggin effective.  It looks sleek, too!
