Warning: This is another "I love to hate" product review.
I love eyeliners. For years now, I've been saying that the makeup product that I can not live without is eyeliner. This is also the reason why even though I have a lot of eyeliners, I still buy one every now and then. I just can't run out of eyeliner!
Last year, I bought Majolica Majorca's Perfect Automatic Liner. When I swatched it, it was very black and I loved that fact. It's also liquid and I love liquid liners.
However, I had a hard time loving this product.
The photo below shows how the liner looks like when applied on my lids. You have to twist the bottom part of the eyeliner for the liquid liner to come out. When I did that, oil cam out first. I returned the cap and shook the liner pen, opened it, then twisted it again. Sadly, the photo below always happens when I apply it on my lids. I have to apply it over and over to make the line very black or at least an even black line.
What's disappointing is that this eyeliner is waterproof. It doesn't even come off when I'm crying. It doesn't transfer to my crease. But it's such a pain in the ass to apply this liner. I didn't even reach the "it takes a while to get used to/learn" phase because I finished the product already! Even to the last twist, it had more oil than the black ink.
And no, the product wasn't expired when I bought and started using it.
So, there. On to the next search of finding a really waterproof eyeliner that glides on well.
