Food Escapade at Eat Fresh Hong Kong Famous Street Food

Hong Kong is my favorite city in the world because of a lot of things.  One reason is because I love their food.  If you ask me what food I can eat everyday for the rest of my life, I'd say that would have to be siomai and bacon - in a heart beat.

Recently, my fiancé brought mo to an eatery with Hong Kong street food's concept.

My fiance was so excited to bring me to this place because we both love Hong Kong and we love Chinese food!  It's not a fine dining restaurant, far from it.  But the food is promising!

What I love the most about this food escapade is the food on sticks.  It was so reminiscent of Hong Kong's street food.  In Hong Kong, it retails for about HKD8-10 while here it's PhP35 per stick.  The one served here is a little smaller than how it is actually served in Hong Kong but it's okay. They taste good.  If you want it spicy, tell the waiters to serve it with curry.  I also loved their black gulaman because the price for PhP60.00 is worth it.  The salted fish fried rice was actually my least favorite because it lacked saltiness in my opinion.  Next time, I'll just order plain rice.  My fiancé loved the beef brisket!  And for the price of PhP135, come on now!

The place is always jam-packed (lunch and dinner time) so you might want to visit them during off-peak hours like after lunch.

Eat Fresh hong Kong Famous Street Food is located at A. Abad Santos Street, San Juan City.
