Suesh Angled Blush Brush

I'm particular when it comes to blush brushes.  The first makeup brush set that I bought had the usual round blush brush.  I never really liked the usual round blush brush but I used it anyway because it was the brush that I had.  Then I bought another makeup brush set (travel size) and it came with an angled brush.  That was when I fell in love with an angled blush brush.  However, it had white brush hair and it started to irk me cos it had discoloration due to makeup stain.

So, I searched for an angled blush brush with black/brown bristles or brush hair whatever you call it.

Then I saw Suesh's angled blush brush.

Believe it or not, I've had this since 2009.  I got this with a 20% discount at the Megatent bazaar.

I don't remember how much I got it for. I'm not sure if Suesh increased their price over time but I'm sure I got it for a discounted price!  It's a normal size brush and not a travel sized brush.  I use it every other month.  I alternate it with my angled blush brush with white hair.  Although I gotta admit that I used the latter more often because I wanna wear it out completely so at least I could say that it was really worth my money.  And now that my angled brush with white hair is kind of giving up on me - it's a bit scratchy now and it's starting to shed like whoa - I decided to use my Suesh angled brush everyday.

I'm telling you this brush is a good buy!  It's not at all scratchy.  Shedding is very minimal.  I so love the fact that makeup stain is not obvious at all on this brush.  I always looks clean.  Believe it or not, I took those product shots after I applied bronzer and blush without wiping or tapping the excess makeup off the brush.  True story.

I wouldn't have second thoughts about buying this brush again if ever something happens to my angled blush brush!

  1. Nice review! wow! I was quite amazed that you are using this since 2009 and the hairs still looks pretty fine and nice. I bought an angled brush in EH and the hairs shreds so fast and in just 2months, most of the hairs are gone (--__--)" -->lesson learned, will never ever purchase brush from Etude's. I'll try Suesh for now ^_~

  2. I'm not too fond of round blush brushes either! They don't really fit on my face well.
You must wash your brushes really well... haha 3 years and it still looks squeaky clean and new!

  3. @ janet: the only brush that I have from Etude House was the retractable one and it was okay. I eventually sold it though hehe :) yeh, I got this in 2009 and I'm happy that it's still in mint condition! Must be the brush guard!
