Video Tutorial: Dark Gold Eye Makeup

Happy Wednesday, loves!

I'm back again with a new video tutorial! I got asked on Twitter if gold eyeshadow is wearable during daytime.  First thing that came to my mind was, "Do I even have a gold eyeshadow?"  Well, as a matter of fact, I do. But then I couldn't find it.  So I had to settle with my next gold eyeshadow - which is a dark gold shadow.  It seems to me that it has hints of green, as well.  But majority of the shade is still gold.

The video is embedded below after the photos.  Enjoy the video!

1. Prep your face. Conceal blemishes. Apply foundation the way you normally do.  Do your brows as well.
2. Using any shading brush, apply gold eyeshadow all over your lids.
3. Using any blending brush, apply any medium brown eyeshadow on your crease to blend the harsh lines you created when you applied the gold eyeshadow.  Do the swiping motion.
4. Using a pencil brush, apply a dark brown eyeshadow on the outer V of your eye.
5. Using the same pencil brush, use the excess dark brown eyeshadow and apply it on your lower lashline.
6. Using a liquid eyeliner (or any black eyeliner), line your eyes. It doesn't matter if you do it thinly or thickly.
7. Use a black pencil eyeliner to tightline your upper rim and your waterline.
8. Apply false eyelashes of your choice.
9. Apply your favorite blush.
10. Apply any light colored lipstick (pink or coral).
